You can use System Scheduler to schedule Disk Defrag.
You must close anti-virus or anti-spyware programs. Running anti-virus programs while Disk Defrag runs can slow defragmentation or lock files, preventing proper disk defragmentation.
To schedule Disk Defrag:
1 On the Fix & Maintain tab, click System Scheduler.
2 In the Module list, double-click Disk Defrag.
3 Click the Don’t Run button and select an interval.
4 To start the first scan two minutes from the current time, click Now+2 min. Otherwise, enter a specific date and time in the Starting Time box.
5 Select the drive or drives to defragment and click OK.
6 In the System Scheduler window, click Next and then click OK.
