    How do I create an account?
  • 1) Click on Account Login
    2) Click on Sign Up Now button
    3) Enter your First Name in the Enter your email address in the Email Address field
    4) Enter a password in the Password field
    5) Click on the Continue button

    This will create your account. After it has been created, go back to the Account Login page to log into your account.
    How do I access my account?
  • 1) Click on Account Login
    2) Enter your email address in the Email Address field
    3) Enter your password in the Password field
    4) Click on the Continue button
    How do I reset my password?
  • 1) Click on Account Login
    2) Click on "Forgot your password?" link below the login fields
    3) Enter your email address in the Email Address field

    How do I turn on/off the Automatic Renewal Service?
  • 1) Log into your account via the Account Login screen
    2) Click on the Automatic Renewal option on the left-hand side of the screen
    3) Click the ON/OFF switch for the product you wish to change the Automatic Renewal setting
    Note: If the switch is green, this means that Automatic Renewal has been enabled for that program. If it is red, the Automatic Renewal has been disabled for that program.
    Can I enable/disable Automatic Renewal Service for select programs?
  • Yes. You can enable/disable the Automatic Renewal Service each VCOM program you have displayed in your account. Please note, if you do disable the Automatic Renewal Service for a program, you will need to manually renew when the service expires.
    What is Automatic Renewal Service?
  • The VCOM Automatic Renewal Service conveniently maintains your product subscriptions and ensures continuous protection by automatically renewing your subscription a few days before expiring. As an Automatic Renewal Service customer, your exclusive benefits include:
    - All new product versions, features & upgrades
    - Continuous PC performance updates & protection
    - Unlimited free technical support
    Before your subscription expires and before your credit or debit card is charged, you will receive an email with the details of the renewal fee.
    You can turn off the VCOM Automatic Renewal Service at any time. However, when your product subscription is due for renewal in the future, you will need to manually renew your product.
    How do I locate the serial number for my product?
  • 1) Log into your account via the Account Login screen
    2) Click on the My Products link on the left-hand side of the screen
    3) Locate your product on the list of purchased products
    Your serial number will be shown in the Serial Key for that product.
    How do I determine the number of licenses left for my product?
  • 1) Log into your account via the Account Login screen
    2) Click on the My Products link on the left-hand side of the screen
    3) Locate your product on the list of purchased products
    The number of license for your product will show on the "licenses installed/available" field. This will show the number of licenses that have been used and the number remaining for this product.
    How do I download my product?
  • 1) Log into your account via the Account Login screen
    2) Click on the My Products link on the left-hand side of the screen
    3) Locate your product on the list of purchased products
    There will be a link labeled Download for each product you purchased. You will use that link to download your VCOM program.
    How do I determine how many days remain on my subscription?
  • 1) Log into your account via the Account Login screen
    2) Click on the My Products link on the left-hand side of the screen
    3) Locate your product on the list of purchased products
    On the right-hand side of the product, you will see the "days remaining" section that will show how many days are left on your subscription. Please note, if you see Inactive in red, then the subscription for that product has expired.
    How do I check subscription status?
  • 1) Log into your account via the Account Login screen
    2) Click on the My Products link on the left-hand side of the screen
    3) Locate your product on the list of purchased products
    On the right-hand side of the product, you will see either Active in green or Inactive in red. If the green Active is showing, it means your subscription for that product is still active. If it is showing a red Inactive, it means your subscription for that product has expired.
    Can I have different product subscriptions charged against different credit cards?
  • Yes. You can use a different credit card for each product.
    I have used up the licenses for my product. How can I install my product on another computer?
  • If you have reached the limit on your product, you have two options. The first is to remove an existing computer from your product subscription license. This will free up a license to be used on the other computer. You can do this by logging into your account and deactivating a computer.
    If you need to use all of your licenses and the computers that are currently use, then you will need to purchase another copy of the program. This will provide you more licenses for the program, which you can use on another computer.
