You can record your voice (or other sounds) with a microphone and save the captured sound as an audio clip (WAV file). You can then link to it in your documents — either as a background sound for a page or linked to an object.
To record sound, choose Export > Record Sound from the WebEasy menu.
Record: Click to start recording.
Stop: Click to stop recording.
Note: Recording stops automatically if you exceed the Audio recording timeout set on the Advanced page of the Options dialog box. By default, this is set to 10 seconds.
Play: Click to review the sound file. (You can click Browse to locate any sound file to review.)
Target Audio File box: Click the Browse button. In the Browse dialog box, find and select a folder for storing the file. Then, type a name for the sound file and click Open.
Note: Make sure you keep the WAV extension.
Status area: When you see Go, begin speaking. As you record, the area shows the recording time.
