Editing the Net Defense Application List

The Application list contains the programs that have attempted to connect to the network and that have been allowed or blocked. You can change each program’s access status to specify if it can access the network. As you use programs that access the network, you can assign their access status. You can also change a program’s access status in the Application list.

Items that you to allow once or block once do not appear on the Application list.

To edit the Net Defense Application list:

1       Click the Settings button.

2       Click Net Defense, then click the Application List tab.

3       To add a program to the list, click Add.

4       To remove a program from the list, click Remove.

5       To change a program’s status, select it and then select an option from the Access list.

6       To configure a program, click Configure

7       When finished, click OK.
